How Can severe Chest Pain Along With Breathlessness Be Treated?

Hello. I went to bed feeling fine, other than being extremely stressed. I woke seven hours later, this morning, feeling pain in my chest upon breathing, plus pain on the right side of my mouth (upper and lower) and ear. I also feel pain in my throat. I ve taken 800 mg Ibuprofen to try to help with pain. It s helped slightly, but I m still hurting and have been awake and moving for six hours now. What might be the sudden cause of this? Should I be concerned? Should I see a doctor (I don t have one, though I do have insurance). Thank you.

you are under stress.try to over come. yoga and meditation may helpyou. consult naturopathy expert to give counseling. due to stress you are having insomnea.increase your socialization and physical activity in day and night. take regular morning walk. should develop reading habit before going to bed should go for life style change.
